At Sitlinger, McGlincy, Theiler & Karem the five members of our firm have combined over 100 years experience as trial attorneys. We chose to be lawyers and specifically lawyers who spend much of their time in the courtroom, because we have the opportunity on a regular basis to help people who are at a very vulnerable point in their lives.
At Sitlinger, McGlincy, Theiler & Karem we have represented a fourteen year old boy who went into the hospital with a broken arm and came out a quadriplegic because of an anesthesiologist error. We have also represented a lady who went in for a minor surgical procedure but ended up with serious long-term complications because a surgical sponge was left inside of her body. These individuals needed honest, hardworking and dedicated lawyers to protect their rights and help them obtain a monetary award that would help them deal with their significant medical issues.
At the same time we are proud to defend people who have been wrongly accused of committing negligent acts such as causing car accidents. Clients who are wrongfully accused do not face the serious long-term medical issues and problems that our injury clients face. However they do face the fear of the unknown. They face not knowing whether or not they will lose much of what they have worked very hard in life to attain.
Everyone who's involved in the court system is entitled to quality legal representation. At Sitlinger, McGlincy, Theiler & Karem we have worked hard to earn an excellent professional reputation. That means that we zealously advocate for our clients but at the same time we remain respectful of the Judge, opposing counsel and the opposing party in all of our cases.
The American Civil Justice System is a cornerstone of the freedom of our society. At Sitlinger, McGlincy, Theiler & Karem we are proud to be officers of that justice system.
